HubSpot UNBOUND 2026: Why I'm Attending as an UNBOUND Insider
In a few days, I am flying to Boston for HubSpot UNBOUND 2026, HubSpot's flagship annual event bringing together marketing, sales and CRM operations professionals from around the world. This year, I am attending as an UNBOUND Insider, one of a small group selected to share what happens inside the event, and I could not be more excited to bring it back to the CRM Operations and Automation Hub community of about 43.5K+ professionals across LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook.
What Is HubSpot UNBOUND
HubSpot UNBOUND is HubSpot's flagship conference, held annually in Boston. It brings together thousands of marketing, sales, customer success and revenue operations professionals for 3 days of keynotes, product reveals and hands on sessions covering everything from AI agents inside the CRM to practical fixes for common CRM operations and automation problems. It is where HubSpot shows what is coming next on the platform, before most of it reaches the wider market.
Why I Was Selected as a HubSpot UNBOUND Insider
HubSpot Insiders are chosen to capture the event from the inside and share it with their own communities in real time. For me, that means filtering everything I see and hear at UNBOUND 2026 through one question: what does this actually mean for the people running CRM operations and automation day to day.
As founder of International Marketing Consulting (IMC), founder of the IMC CRM Audit Tool (which is now available on HubSpot Marketplace) and the creator of the CRM Operations and Automation Hub on YouTube, I have spent the past 6 to 7 months building a channel dedicated entirely to CRM and automation education. What started as 23 subscribers has grown to more than 28,000 with over 6.1 million video views, and an online community of over 43,555 across YouTube (28,000), LinkedIn (6,655) and Facebook (8,900). I believe that growth reflects a genuine demand for CRM content that goes beyond theory and into how businesses actually operate day to day.
That same belief is why, alongside the content, IMC recently launched the IMC CRM Audit Tool on the HubSpot App Marketplace. The channel has always come back to one idea: you cannot build reliable CRM operations, automation, dashboards or AI on top of CRM data nobody trusts. The tool exists to make that foundation checkable in minutes rather than something businesses only think about once it has already become a costly problem, the same message the channel has been built around from day one.
What I'm Hoping to Learn at HubSpot UNBOUND 2026
Looking at the agenda, several sessions stand out as directly relevant to IMC community of 43.5K+ professionals across LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook.
Inside HubSpot's Open Platform Vision for the Agent Era, covering how AI agents are being built directly into the CRM.
Breeze Assistant, a New Way to Work, HubSpot's own AI assistant embedded inside existing workflows (a powerful way to scale CRM operations and automation).
Tools for Growth, Eliminating Marketing Data Silos, tackling one of the most common operational problems businesses face, and one that mirrors exactly what the IMC CRM Audit Tool was built to catch.
Translating Ideas into Buildable Systems, on turning strategy into CRM systems that actually run with few and constant manual intervention.
From Data Strategy to AI Execution, connecting the dots between clean data and effective AI use, the same foundation-first thinking behind everything IMC builds.
Every one of these sits directly inside what International Marketing Consulting works on with clients, and exactly the kind of content our YouTube audience would be keen to see.
How I'll Be Bringing It Back to the CRM Operations and Automation Hub.
Over the two days of the event, I will be sharing real time updates from Boston, then following up with a full recap breakdown once I am home. The goal is simple: take everything announced and discussed at HubSpot UNBOUND 2026 and translate it into practical takeaways for anyone running, or trying to build, a properly automated CRM operation.
This is exactly why the CRM Operations and Automation Hub exists, and exactly why the IMC CRM Audit Tool exists too. Not to chase trends, but to take what is genuinely useful from inside the industry and make it usable for the people actually doing the work, starting with the CRM data underneath it.
Follow the Journey
I will be sharing daily updates from HubSpot UNBOUND 2026 across LinkedIn from 16 to 17 September, with the full recap and useful tips on IMC channels after the event. If you want the practical, CRM Operations focused version of what happens at UNBOUND this year, rather than a generic press summary, this is where to find it.
