How is the research platform cost calculated?
Research costs are based on approximately 15 credits per account (covering 2 personas and sales notes). Monthly volume is calculated as SDRs × accounts per day × 20 working days. The pricing tier is then applied based on total credits needed. Example: 1,000 accounts/month × 15 credits = 15,000 credits = approximately £699/month tier.
Can I use this without HubSpot?
Yes. The research automation works with any CRM. You export high-fit accounts, upload them for research and receive insights via Google Sheets. You then manually upload to your CRM and assign to your team. It is not as streamlined as HubSpot's full automation but still saves significant research time.
